On a pyro build i would recommend it in offhand, because some pyromancies combo with estoc light attack. Leo ring's not worth it though. Rapier is only better for critfishing and if you're doing pve you might as well critfish with dagger. rapier-can parry and weights less, but has shorter range and bounces off shields and people with perseverance. estoc-better range, better damage, doesnt bounce off.
